OK, let's kick this off. I want to use this hour to lock down the Q3 roadmap — specifically the migration timing. Marcus, where's the schema RFC right now?
Marcus
Draft is at v3. I shared it Friday. There are two pending questions on the analytics service dependency — I haven't heard back from Tom yet, but I expect to by end of day.
Sarah
I think the bigger risk is the migration timing — if we ship before the holiday freeze we'll have no buffer to roll back. We saw what happened in March with the analytics rewrite.
Marcus
Agreed. Can we phase it? Schema first, then traffic cutover after Jan 5?
Sarah
Phase one is the schema migration — that part is reversible. Phase two is the cutover, where the buffer matters most.
Priya
+1 — let's draft them as separate RFCs so we can ship them independently. I can take infra alignment for the freeze window if Sarah owns the schema RFC.
Marcus
To make sure I'm on the same page — phase one is purely additive? Adding columns, a new index, no drops?
