What counts as a "Cloud minute"?

Cloud minutes are billed only when you transcribe with the Quendian Cloud preset. BYOK presets are free and unlimited.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes — Casual and Pro both renew monthly or yearly. Manage your subscription in Apple Settings (App Store) or the Paddle portal (web).

Mac App Store vs direct download?

Both work. Apple users subscribe via in-app purchase; direct-download users subscribe through Paddle in their browser.

Refunds?

Apple handles App Store refunds; Paddle handles web refunds. Subscriptions are non-refundable past 14 days.
